Establishing a collection of photography is an art in itself. We were proud to invite our members to an exclusive talk on Collecting Photography in collaboration with the Print Sales team at The Photographers' Gallery. During the evening we also viewed the impressive array of photographic prints for sale at the Gallery, containing approximately 100 international photographers, while specializing in contemporary British talent.

Print Sales at The Photographers' Gallery hosted an evening exclusively for Blood Members, focusing on Collecting Photography. Zoe Bingham, Print Sales Manager were be present to give advice on buying prints and Laura Noble talked about her book 'The Art of Collecting Photography' on for sale for £40. Laura regularly contributes to many photography publications and is herself an artist and collector. Laura was in conversation with the British photographer, Stephen Gill. Stephen was the Featured Photographer of Print Sales whose prints were on display for sale. Stephen is an artist and collector.

The Gallery staff were available to give professional advice to the group and show us the prints. The Print Sales at The Photographers’ Gallery is part of Arts Council England's Own Art loan scheme. The scheme is open to everyone, and you can borrow up to £2,000, which can be used on any purchases above £100. (Loans offered subject to status. Terms and conditions apply).
